Who We Are

Empowering Future Generations Through Education

Join Us in Our Mission

Since 2020, Developing Kids-Ghana has successfully promoted English literacy and cultural appreciation, equipping children and adults to thrive in their communities and contribute positively to society.

DKG overcomes educational barriers by providing a holistic approach that includes literacy programs, scholarships, teacher training, and digital education, fostering a new generation of leaders in Northern Ghana.

We are committed to nurturing educated, community-oriented individuals who exemplify Christian values.

Church in Northern Ghana
  • Present for 150+ years with few indigenous conversts
  • Muslim majority (90%+)
  • Little investment from the greater Ghanaian church
  • Financial needs for churches and new converts
  • Culturally viewed by many as “Western” or “from Ghana’s South”
  • Our Work: Church planting, coaching, education

Our Journey

Rooted in Faith and Purpose

In 2016, Jared and Anna Odle relocated to Tamale, Ghana, with their children, driven by a calling to serve. They discovered that educational inequities hindered church and community growth, prompting the establishment of Developing Kids-Ghana to address these urgent needs.

Through community partnerships and Christian values, DKG fosters an environment where both children and adults can flourish educationally and spiritually.
